Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is to solicit proposals for consulting services to review the existing Comprehensive Plan, and design an equitable Community Engagement Plan (CEP) for the 2044 Comprehensive Plan update process that is innovative, reaches a broad swath of the community- particularly those that have historically been underrepresented in civic life, and allows for meaningful feedback.
