INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Vancouver Housing Authority will receive bids for project #333-2022-02 Esther Short Commons Roof Renovation until 2:00pm, May 9th, 2023 at Vancouver Housing Authority, 2500 Main St., Vancouver, Washington 98660 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid conference for interested bidders is scheduled for 2:00pm, April 18th, 2023 on site at 555 W. 8th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660, alternate dates allowed via request until the due date for questions and substitutions.

The building is a 5-story 160-unit apartment complex. Work includes, but is not limited to, remove and replace existing roofing and underlayment on flat roof (approximately 36,485SF). Provide flashing and terminations at parapets, walls, mechanical curbing and roof penetrations. Provide blown in or batt insulation at existing previously vented parapet conditions. 

Attention is called to the provisions that this project is taxable and must fully comply with tax requirements of the State of Washington.
