Budget for Contract: Not to Exceed $57,461 Annually

The City of Sammamish is soliciting proposals to contract for Facilities Landscape Maintenance Services.  The selected vendor will be expected to perform duties to include but not limited to: lawn care; line trimming; maintenance of bed areas and tree wells; weeds, disease, and pest control; hard surface maintenance; invasive control; brush control and removal; and leaf removal.

Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, October 13 via email to Colleen Rupke, Contract Administrator, at crupke@sammamish.us .

Answers will be posted on the City’s website at the same location as the ITB document, listed above.  Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.

A mandatory site visit will take place at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 12 beginning at the Sammamish Maintenance & Operations Center, 1801 244th Ave NE, Sammamish.

Proposals will be accepted via email to Colleen Rupke, Contract Administrator, at crupke@sammamish.us , no later than Friday, October 20, 2023, at 3:00 PM.
