19-031 – FERC Part 12 Inspection
Notice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County (the District), is requesting proposals for a vendor to complete a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) Part 12 Independent Consultant (IC) Inspection of its Box Canyon & Sullivan Creek projects, as is detailed in the Request for Proposal number 19-031 which is available at: https://popud.org/top-links/about-your-pud/contracting-opportunities.

• Proposals must be submitted no later than December 16, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Submittals received after the above date and time for any reason will not be considered.
• Proposals must be submitted using ProcureWare (the District’s online contracting portal): https://popud.procureware.com
• Questions related to this submittal must be sent via ProcureWare. Responses to these questions will be made available to all bidders via ProcureWare.
• Questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

The District reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time, or issue amendments or corrections. The District reserves the right to award this contract, or to not award this contract.
