Sealed bids for: FEMA REPAVING PROJECT - 2025
Will be received by The City of Medical Lake at the City’s Maintenance Bldg. at 851 S. Lefevre St. until 2:00 p.m., August 14, 2025, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud. One Contract is proposed for two schedules of work.
The proposed work includes:
The removal of 5,500 s.y. of existing pavement on Silver Lake Ave. including excavating to subgrade, 5,500 s.y. of geotextile fabric, 1,200 ton of CSTC, and 1,000 tons of Cl. 3/8” HMA PG64H-28. Also included is preleveling and overlaying several roads in the Southlake Terrace neighborhood and Fancher Rd. by the City’s Waterfront Park, which includes 560 tons of ½” yield prelevel and 2,200 tons of 1½” Cl. 3/8” HMA PG64-28 overlay. Other items include traffic control, miscellaneous striping, and valve & manhole adjustments.

Bidders may download the digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available, at bidders’ expense, by choosing the “Order” option or copies may also be obtained at E&H Engineering, Inc. for a $100.00 non-refundable fee.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner.
No Bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty days of the actual date of the opening thereof.
