Marpac Construction invites you to submit a bid proposal for Filipino Community Village Project:
➢ New construction of approx. 75,734 sf, 95 units, 4 wood-framed floors over 1 P.T Slab and one level of SOG.
➢ Washington State Residential Prevailing Wage required.
➢ ESDS requirements.
➢ Estimated start date October 21st, 2019.
➢ BID PROPOSALS DUE TO THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR NO LATER THAN: 2:00 pm, Friday September 27th, 2019
➢ Bid Packages to be uploaded within one week of today’s date: 9/6/2019
