Project Description:  The Work includes demolition of existing locker rooms and pump house, existing utilities and paving, clearing and grubbing of site. New work includes 4,700 square foot bathhouse and 2 pools with surrounding pool decks, grading, paving, sidewalks, retaining walls, and other work as shown on Contract Documents.
