This project consists of 126 new low income residential units, 165,000sf with an interior courtyard.  The structure is 2 levels of concrete with 5 levels of wood-framed construction.  There are HUD Section 3 participation goals, apprenticeship participation goals, as well as minority, women, and minority-women workforce participation goals. 

The project is located at 110 10^th Avenue South, Seattle, WA

The anticipated construction dates are April 2019 – January 2021

Andersen Construction is requesting bids for the fire protection scope of work.
