City of Pasco – Fire Station 84

Jackson Contractor Group, Inc. is requesting bids for all scopes.

Bids Due: June 9, 2020 at 2pm (Pacific Time)

Project Description: Project includes a new Headquarters Fire Station 84 of approximately 16,663sf, Reserve Storage Building of approx. 4,323sf, and associated site work. The proposed station will be wood framed structure with administration offices, (4) apparatus bays, support spaces, crew living spaces, and (6) sleeping rooms. The reserve storage building will include (4) apparatus bays and storage rooms. The reserve building has an alternate plan (ALT-1) of approximately an additional 865sf that includes an additional Apparatus Bay and IT room. The site work will include storm water mitigation, utilities, landscaping and parking. The Site work has an alternate plan (ALT-2) for utility extensions. Overall Substantial Completion shall be achieved within four hundred and twenty-six (426) calendar days after the Owner’s Notice to Proceed and Final Completion shall be achieved within forty-five (45) calendar days after Substantial Completion. The Project will have one phase.

Washington State Commercial Prevailing Wages for Franklin County will apply.
