PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The First Hill Development Project is located at 1201 University Street, Seattle WA 98101. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, tree protection, excavation, new soils, grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, electrical, concrete retaining walls, cast-in-place concrete, paver installation, site furnishings, lawn area, and lighting.
Additive #1: Provide new Plant Fence per plans and specs.
Engineers Estimate: Base Bid is $594,261.00; Additive #1 is $59,366.00.
This project has 25% WMBE utilization. Subcontractors & Supplier who are certified thru City of Seattle are welcome to provide a quote.
This is a prevailing wage project.
