Project Description: This project provides for improvements to Fones Road from Pacific Ave to SE 18th Street. Project elements include: Roadway reconfiguration, raised cement concrete crosswalk, and compact roundabout, Porous Hot Mix Asphalt grade separated bike lanes and sidewalk, Modification of the stormwater systems, Replacement of the existing water main, Roadway and Pedestrian Illumination, Landscape Planters and Irrigation, Undergrounding overhead electrical and communication utilities and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): clearing & grubbing, large tree removal, erosion control, traffic control, HMA paving, porous HMA, planing, striping, material hauling, disposal, AC pipe removal, vibration monitoring, concrete flatwork, block wall, permanent signage, geotextiles, landscaping, irrigation, electrical, dewatering, survey, fencing, and rebar supply & installation. As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, pipe/utilities/precast structures, modular wetland systems, aggregate, controlled density fill, and rebar supply.

JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
