Description: This is an invitation to bid on Signage Bid Package 10.1 listed in the HSAMCC Signage Bid Manual posted on BXWA.com as part of the HSAMCC Shoreline Community College Project No. 2018-102H (1-2). 
 
Please carefully read the FORMA bid manual and associated bid package description defining scope of work for specific inclusions and exclusions. Note this project includes apprenticeship utilization and small business participation requirements.

Please also reference Addenda 1-3 documents from original 6/8/21 bid documents which need to be acknowledged by all bidders. 
 
Direct all questions to FORMA. Questions must be made in writing and received by FORMA Construction Company and the Architect at least 10 business days prior to the date of bid opening to be reviewed and responded to. BIDS DUE MAY 2, 2023, AT 2PM - Hand-deliver between the hours of 11AM and 2PM 
 
Bids will be opened approximately 10 minutes after they are due. Video stream of bid opening will be provided.
