SCOPE: Renovation of approximately 23,000 sf of the former Endeavor Intermediate School into an Early Learning Center.  The remaining portion of the building is currently occupied as the District Central Office, which will be occupied during the entire project.  The work of the Contract will include, but not be limited to, on-site and off-site work, including earthwork, utilities, landscaping, renovation of a wood-framed former intermediate school, and construction of a new wood-framed maintenance shed.
