SCOPE: Construction of a 39,500 square foot 2 story building which includes a partial gymnasium, large multipurpose room, commercial kitchen, preschools, adult day care, office spaces, classrooms, and outdoor recreation spaces. Parking, site landscaping, and utilities will also fall under the scope of work. The project is being designed for sustainability to the standards of LEED Gold. A building permit is expected to be issued by early 2024.

Must comply with State of Washington prevailing wage requirements.

Mandatory 15% Apprenticeship labor hours.

Estimated Cost: $19M

Anticipated Construction Start: 4/15/24

Duration: 13 Months
