ECOLOGY is seeking architecture and engineering (A&E) services from qualified firms to implement the Cleanup Action Plan (CAP) at the Lilyblad Site.  The implementation includes installation and operation of the biosparge remedy, monitoring of site conditions and cleanup progress, preparation of reports, and engineering consultation.  The contract may cover other tasks associated with the implementation, such as permitting and periodic review.
