Fry Creek Pump Station

Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Aberdeen Fry Creek Pump Station project will be received by the City of Aberdeen Engineering Department, City Hall, 200 E. Market Street, Aberdeen WA 98520 until 2 p.m. local time on July 6, 2022 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

The Project consists of the following:

Construction of a new Stormwater Pump Station for Fry Creek to replace the existing pump station located adjacent to Port Industrial Road in Aberdeen, WA. The work includes but is not limited to installing a new pump station building with vertical turbine pumps and electrical controls, new tide gate structure, fish screens, onsite generator, bearing piles and sheet pile installation, along with mechanical, electrical, and civil work.

This project is a rebid of the project advertised in April 2022.  All revisions by addenda during the original bid period have been incorporated into the Project Manual. In addition, prospective bidders are advised to review the summary of changes included at the front of the Project Manual. No prebid meeting will be held for the rebid of this project.

All proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished in the specifications and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond payable to the City of Aberdeen, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of each bid, and no bid shall be considered unless accompanied by such bid proposal deposit. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract within the time specified stated in the specifications the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Aberdeen.
