This Competitive Solicitation is issued to assist the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) in seeking qualified Contractor(s) to provide training, technical assistance, and clinical consultation to JR staff in the regional offices who provide supervision and quality assurance monitoring of JR staff delivering Functional Family Parole (FFP) to eligible young people and their families.

The Contractor shall provide the services and staff to do the following:
a. Provide supervisor training, technical assistance, and clinical consultation of Functional Family Parole (FFP) supervisory functions as part of DCYF Juvenile Rehabilitation (JR) Parole Services.
b. Coordinate group and individual consultation services for JR supervisors and the assigned JR Program Administrator.
c. Provide recommendations for ongoing training, quality assurance practices, and consultation support for JR supervisors that can be administered by the assigned JR Program Administrator.
