Functional Family Therapy Site Implementation and Oversight

for Washington State FFT Project

The State of Washington, Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) intends to post an RFQ for Functional Family Therapy Site Implementation and Oversight.

The Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) is seeking qualified bidders to provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Site Implementation and Oversight to Washington State FFT therapists and Clinical Supervisors as part of DCYF’s on-going statewide project to provide FFT to eligible youth.

All Responders must meet the following minimum qualifications:

a. Must be licensed to do business in the state of Washington or provide a commitment that it will become licenses in Washington within thirty (30) days of being selected as the Apparent Successful Bidder (ASB).

b. Must be an authorized dissemination organization for Functional Family Therapy.

The RFQ will be issued on or about May 12, 2021 and responses will be due on June 10, 2021.  On the date indicated, DCYF shall post the RFQ, Sample Contract, and any attachments and amendments relating to the RFQ, on Washington’s Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS).  WEBS can be accessed at: https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/.

All Responders must register as a vendor on WEBS, using an appropriate commodities code listed in the RFQ, and must download the RFQ and any attachments from WEBS. This should be done as soon as possible in order for responder to receive notifications automatically generated on WEBS.
