Request for Statement of Qualifications

To Furnish Engineering Services

 

     The City of Connell, Washington solicits interest from consulting firms to provide Civil Design, Environmental Review, and Construction Administration services for 2020-2024. The work to be performed may include preliminary engineering, planning, PS&E design, GIS services, private development review, surveying, NEPA documentation, construction administration, and funding applications for various municipal improvements including the Country Estates Sewer Improvements Project, South Side Water Mains, sidewalks, street projects, water distribution and utility improvements, etc. Federal, WSDOT, TIB, PWTF, CDBG, DOE, DOH, USDA, FEMA and other funds may be utilized.

 

Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 1) Firm Experience; 2) Proposed consultant team; 3) Accessibility & responsiveness; 4) Familiarity with community; and 5) Past performance/references.

 

The best-qualified firm will be selected for negotiation of an on-call professional services contract. The City of Connell may base their selection on the Statement of Qualifications or may choose to conduct interviews.

 

Please submit on (1) copy of your Statement of Qualification (SOQ) to the City of Connell, PO Box 1200, Connell, WA 99326, Attn: Hallie Tuck. Submittals must be received by November 20, 2020 not later than 3:00 p.m. SOQs are limited to 25 printed pages excluding front and back covers.
