The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to install
temporary water pollution and erosion control; remove existing sidewalk, pavement, and subgrade; clear and
grub existing landscaping; concrete gutter grinding; removal of asphalt pavement and curb and gutter; install
HDPE natural gas main and service lines; convert overhead electrical and telecom utilities to underground, in a
joint utility trench (JUT); pave with HMA; construct stormwater conveyance and rock-lined infiltration swales;
install permeable paver multi-user path and walk; install wood Fencing; construct cement concrete curb, gutter,
curb cut inlets, and sidewalk; retrofit curb cut inlets into existing concrete curb and gutter, construct cement
concrete curb ramps; extend a concrete box culvert, and associated wing walls; construct a retaining wall;
remove and replace traffic signs and mailbox supports; perform temporary traffic control; planting and monitoring
of trees and shrubs, and installation of other landscape features, installation of irrigation and irrigation controller
systems; and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the project.

The work shall be substantially completed: 140 WORKING DAYS.

Wages are Prevailing Wages.
