The Spokane Public Facilities District’s purpose in issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for Government Financial Auditing and Accounting services is to invite licensed certified public accounting firms with Government Financial Audit experience to audit the 2022 and 2023 Financial Statements and single SVOG audit for 2022, with an option to extend the agreement to include annual audits for the next 5 years.

Bidder Responsibility:

To be eligible for award, bidders must be able to provide evidence of experience the following:

• GASB standards.

• SAO (Office of Washington State Auditors) BARS Manual.

• Public Facilities Districts/Special purpose entities.

• Working with SAO on financial statement audits.

• Single Audits of SVOG grants.

• Capacity and a track record of timely audits
