Project Description:   The Project consists of the renovation of the North and East wings of the existing 1998 Baker Cottage at Green Hill School Baker North and an addition at the North common area. Renovation will affect 7,598 sq. ft. and the addition will be 846 sq. ft., including interior areas and overhangs.
1. Building construction type is IA and occupancy type is I-3, Condition 4.
2. Existing walls are solid grouted CMU and new walls will be metal stud with gyp board as required to meet acoustic separation goals.
3. Floor is concrete slab on grade at both existing building and addition.
4. Roof is standing seam metal roof at both existing building and addition
5. Existing recreation yard will be modified to allow for construction of addition
6. Overall renovation Project is exempt from state sustainability certification requirements.
