Greenbank Farm Barn B Roof Project

Barn B is a Historic Barn at the Greenbank Farm on Whidbey Island.  . 

The Port is seeking bids to:

Scope of Work:

1. Remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingle roof and plywood sheathing.
2. Renail and prep existing skip sheathing as needed for installation of new cedar shingles.
3. Install flashing at any transition from roof to gutter. 
4. Install new roof per cedar shake and shingle bureau installation guidelines.
5. Install new cedar fascia 5 ¼ x 8”- primed. 
6. Install new gutters will be same style, 5 inch. 
7. Cupolas are to roofed in metal (see specs on website)
