Greenbank Farm Barn A Roof Project

Barn A is a Historic Barn built in 1904.  It holds an event space, wine shop and bistro. 

The Port is seeking bids to:

Scope of Work:

1. Remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingle roof and plywood sheathing.
2. Renail and prep existing skip sheathing as needed for installation of new cedar shingles.
3. Install flashing at any transition from roof to gutter. 
4. Install new roof per cedar shake and shingle bureau installation guidelines.
5. Install new cedar fascia 5 ¼ x 8”- primed. 
6. Install new gutters will be same style, 5 inch.
