PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  DEMOLITION OF VACANT EXISTING STRUCTURES AND CONCRETE PADS NORTH OF THE CREEK. CONSTRUCTION OF 51 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT UNITS AMONG 5 BUILDINGS THAT VARY IN HEIGHT FROM 2- TO 3-STORIES WITH A TOTAL GROSS AREA OF 43,228 SQUARE FEET. THE MAJORITY OF 2- AND 3-BEDROOM UNITS ARE INTENDED TO HOUSE FARMWORKER FAMILIES. THE 1-BEDROOM AND SEVERAL 2-BEDROOM UNITS ARE INTENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND HOMELESS VETERANS.
