Project Description:

Work covered by Contract Documents covers the demolition of portions of Purser Hall, Nicholson Entry Lobby, Field house & Performance gym (end walls and adjacent roof), along with site utility work, in order to construct a new office wing, field house additions, lobby additions, performance gym additions and other interior and exterior remodel work. Part of this work includes replacement of cathodic protection system for the roof cable structure. Site work includes new parking lot, utility work and paving as shown on bid documents.
