Homeless Prevention and Support Services
The Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) - Juvenile Rehabilitation (JR) in seeking qualified and interested applicants to provide housing navigation, specialized case management and stabilization services to youth and young adults being released from a Juvenile Rehabilitation facility.
Youth and young adults being served by DCYF-JR are not eligible for specific housing vouchers upon exit, although they are equally in need of housing support services. This investment builds on the current resources available to the JR population, but that do not meet the current level of need.
Qualified applicants will demonstrate their knowledge and experience in providing housing navigation, specialized case management, and other activities needed to acquire and sustain housing. They will also have experience providing culturally relevant and trauma informed community-based services to minority populations.
