Mechanical Plumbing and HVAC work at various Port-wide sites within the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Seaport Properties, and surrounding vicinities. A portion of the Work under this Contract will focus on replacing Owner furnished Pre-Conditioned Air (PC Air) systems that service parked aircraft at the Passenger Loading Bridges (PLB’s). Additional minor work to relocate potable water cabinets may be required, too.
