Contract description: The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts by geographic region (Olympic, Northwest, Southwest, South Central, North Central, Eastern) for eligible purchasers to acquire HVAC Services.

Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted HVAC Services.  

• Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services – i.e., HVAC equipment/system inspection, testing, and maintenance, including equipment/system adjustments and part replacements required to keep the HVAC equipment/system in proper working order consistent with original manufacturer specifications and recommendations.
• Non-Scheduled Services & Repairs – i.e., maintenance and/or repair of HVAC equipment/system which is not operating properly and requires inspection, service, and/or repair such that the HVAC equipment/system properly functions consistent with original manufacturer specifications and recommendations.
• This contract is not for replacements of new units or major over hauls .
