Walsh Construction Company II, LLC is requesting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for the following:

I-90, SR 161, SR 202 & SR 203 – Fish Passage Project
Owner: WSDOT

Enforceable SVBE Goal:  Small Business Enterprises SBE – 5%
         Veteran-Owned Business VOB – 3%
Voluntary SVBE Goal:  Minority/Women Business Enterprise – 16%

Proposal Due Date to WSDOT:  August 17, 2022 
Subcontractor and supplier Scope Letters requested:  EOD 8/10/22

Project Description: This project is to remove nine existing fish barriers and replace them with fish-passable crossings at I-90 Sunset Creek, SR 161 Unnamed Tributaries to Hylebos Creek and SR 202/SR 203 Tributaries to Snoqualmie River. The project shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
•    Design and construction of fish passable water crossing and structures, including all associated stream restoration.
•    Temporary and permanent utility adjustment and relocation.
•    Other elements including, but not limited to embankment, grading, paving, storm drainage, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), signing, illumination, erosion control, and planting.

Subcontract/Supplier Opportunities Include (But Not Limited to): Bridge concrete and barrier work, Drilled shafts and retaining walls, Precast concrete structure construction, Structural excavation and roadway excavation, Aggregate hauling import, Hauling Export, Roadway placement and compaction/ finishing, AC paving, Roadway Striping and removal, Electrical work, Landscaping and Planting, Stream Restoration, Traffic Signs and Signals, Traffic Control, Quality Control and Testing, Utilities, Survey
