Project description: 

     The project consists of installing two lagoon surface aerators, baffle curtain, and transfer structure. The project also includes the rehabilitation of 12,750 feet of 8-inch gravity sewer by either CIPP or pipebursting, 1,770 feet of new 8-inch gravity sewer and the rehabilitation/replacement of 25 manholes.
