Project Description: For the work of lowering US-2 under the BNSF Railway bridge, widening the roadway from the three lanes to four lanes.  Includes asphalt paving, earthwork, grading, drainage, guardrail, MSE retaining walls, a soldier pile wall, utility relocation coordination, temporary shoring and construction traffic control.
