PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of upgrades for the North Loop Site Pre-Treatment System, North Loop Drain Field Improvements and Connecting South Loop Comfort Station and Main Loop to Enhanced Treatment, including, earthwork, asphalt paving, and site restoration associated with the improvements, and utility work including influent and effluent force mains and rehabilitation of the site electrical, and system controls.
