This contract provides for the improvement of NW Brady Road from NW 16th Ave to NW Pacific Rim Blvd. The project includes clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, storm water conveyance, treatment, and detention facilities, paving with HMA, cement amending, irrigation system, erosion control, curb/gutter, walls, sidewalk, traffic control, pavement marking, traffic signal system, illumination system, landscaping and other work, all in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions, and the standard specifications. The ultimate cross-section will include 3-lanes with sidewalk, bicycle lanes, planter strips, and street lighting.
The work shall be substantially complete by December 31st, 2019
Wages are Prevailing Wages.
