Project Description:   The Project consists of the Tenant Improvements of portions of Buildings 21 and 23.

1. Building 21 - Full Interior renovations to approximately 2,170 gross square feet of an existing, occupied instructional building. The resulting renovation will provide two instructional classrooms.

2. Building 23 - Full interior renovations and limited exterior improvements to approximately 6,500 gross square feet of an existing, occupied, instructional building. The resulting renovation will provide 25 faculty offices and associated supports spaces.

3. Additive Alternate No. 1 - Veteran’s Center Improvements – Limited interior renovations to a portion of the first floor of Building 23. Renovations total approximately 670 gross square feet of an existing occupied, building. The resulting renovation will provide renovated space for Highline College’s Veteran’s Center.

4. Additive Alternate No. 2 - Restroom Renovations – Interior renovations to the existing restrooms on the third floor of Building 23. Renovations total approximately 400 gross square feet of an existing, occupied building. The resulting renovation will improve two restrooms.

Estimated Value:         $2,910,000 to $3,455,000
