Description: This is an invitation to bid on bid packages listed in IT Stage II & III. This phase of the expansion will consist of the construction of 40,294 sq ft 3-story steel Administration and Operations Building, and a 23,923 sq ft single story concrete Fuel, Wash, & Facilities Building. An ECCM and MCCM are under contract for the mechanical and electrical work, and Stage I awarded contracts for Earthworks & Utilities and Soil Stabilization. Please carefully read the Stage II & III bid manual and associated bid package descriptions defining scope of work for specific inclusions and exclusions for each bid package.

Note this project is federally funded and includes Buy America, Apprenticeship utilization, and Small Business
Participation Requirements.
