Description: This is an invitation to bid GC/CM bid packages listed as Phase III Rebid – BP 32.3 – Site Fencing. The project is for the construction of a new office building, a new 40,294 sf 3-story building called the Administration and Operations Building, and a new 23,923 sf single story Fuel, Wash, & Facilities Building. The project will start construction mid-August 2020. The project is located in Olympia.
