Description: Demolition of the existing administration building, construction of a permanent storage metal structure, renovation of the existing maintenance building and surrounding site work/ civil upgrades. Phase 1 Underground Electrical and Mechanical infrastructure. Phase 2 will be demolishing the existing Administration building in preparation for a newly paved employee parking lot, constructing two new infiltration galleries, and installing a gravity retaining wall at the grade change between the new parking lot and existing entrance.

Sealed bids must be submitted on the FORMA Construction Company bid form in a sealed envelope, complete and clearly labeled for the bid package.                                     

Bids must be received in accordance with the requirements set forth in the instructions to bidders.  All bids shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days, alternates for ninety (90) calendar days.  In accordance with RCW 39.04.320 the state of Washington requires 15% apprenticeship participation.  The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities
