Interior Carpet and Paint at the Whatcom County Central Plaza Building

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

INTERIOR CARPET AND PAINT

AT THE

WHATCOM COUNTY CENTRAL PLAZA BUILDING

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday October 27, 2020

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live/virtual via GoToMeeting), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present at the live bid opening via GoToMeeting, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Facilities Management (WCFM) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for interior carpeting and painting at the Whatcom County Central Plaza building, located at 215 N. Commercial Avenue, Bellingham, as further described in the bid documents.

Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
