The PHL - South Laboratory Addition project is located in Shoreline, WA at 1610 NE 150th St, Shoreline, WA 98155. The project consists of a new 32,934 gsf 2-story laboratory building with associated site improvements. Apprenticeship requirements are 15%. Lewis is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons, Carpenters, and Ironworkers.
