Millig Design Build has been selected by Island County, WA to design & implement a renovation of the Island County Administration Building. Millig is soliciting interested subcontractors to be pre-qualified to bid on the following scopes of work:

• Mechanical HVAC - Replacement of existing Central DX RTU & hot water fan terminal units with new Variable Refrigerant Flow & Dedicated Outside Air System. 
• Electrical - Electrical upgrades associated with the HVAC Renovation, as well as upgrades to the generator and emergency power system for the building. 
• Glazing - Replacement of existing Vinyl windows with new commercial grade Aluminum Windows. 
• Roofing - Restoration of existing roofing system. 
• Solar PV - Installation of new 50kW solar Photovoltaic System

Interested Subcontractors shall complete the pre qualification form, and submit to jpape@milligdb.com.
