PROJECT DESCRIPTION: These bids requested below will support the completion of the James Center North Infrastructure which consists of a new stormwater system on the James Center North property and upgrading the sewer main on Mildred St. These scopes are scheduled to occur between July - Oct 2025. 

BID SCOPES: Bids are requested for ONLY for the following scopes: Miscellaneous Metals (Handrails), Landscape, Site Concrete, Asphalt Paving, and Striping.

PREVAILING WAGES: This project is subject to the HIGHER of the Davis Bacon Heavy Prevailing Wage Rates and the   Washington State (Pierce County) Commercial Wage Rates.  Both wage rates are included in the Bid Documents.
