PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Proposals are being solicited from qualified firms to provide Janitorial Services. You must be a registered vendor on our eBids website to download proposal documents. You can access eBids to get registered from our Agency website at www.piercetransit.org/purchasing.

A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on October 20, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at Pierce Transit Headquarters located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. Following the meeting attendees will be invited to a walk-through of the base facility buildings. There will also be walk-throughs of additional Pierce Transit properties that will be included in this Proposal. The Commerce Street facilities at: 930 Commerce Street, Tacoma, WA 98402, Tacoma Dome Station both East & West at: 505 East 25th Street, Tacoma, WA 98421 and 510 Puyallup Ave E, Tacoma, WA 98421. The Pre-Bid meeting will provide the opportunity to see the work sites, and ask questions regarding specifications and scope of work. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend. Tours of the facilities WILL NOT be provided before or after the Pre-Proposal meeting.
