The City of Washougal is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Jemtegaard Trail Realignment Project. The work includes construction of a realigned shared-use trail segment, grading and earthwork, stormwater system improvements, erosion control measures, trail surface installation, illumination relocation, and landscape and riparian restoration.

Major work elements include excavation and embankment stabilization, installation of storm drainage piping and outfall protection, construction of a porous asphalt trail section, implementation of erosion and sediment control measures, installation of planting and habitat features, and relocation of existing trail lighting. The project is intended to improve trail stability, drainage performance, and long-term functionality in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
