The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), has issued a solicitation on the Washington’s Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) system. You have been identified as a vendor with OMWBE or DVA status, or as a Washington Small/Mini/Micro Business based on the commodity codes selected for this solicitation. This notice is also sent to the Governor’s Ethnic Minority Commissions.

Solicitation Description: The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase: JIRA Software and Xray Test Management software. Software development requires the ability to manage the work between developers and testers as developers write the software and testers communicate the issues and defects, found during testing, back to development for repair.
