Join Small Works Roster at Washington State University

In accordance with WAC 504-50-010, applications are being sought for the Small Works Roster at Washington State University. Construction contractors who are interested in work estimated under 300K per project at WSU facilities throughout Washington, are encouraged to apply by January 31, 2020 in order to best be eligible for projects bid via the 2020 Small Works Roster.

Qualification Requirements:

To qualify for inclusion on the Small Works Roster, contractors must demonstrate the following in experience and qualifications:

  • Be a licensed contractor in the State of Washington.
  • Have successfully completed at least 3 projects, each with a value of no less than $25,000 within the past 2 years.
  • Have 2 years experience in the area of expertise for which listing is sought.

Upon receipt of the completed application, the University shall evaluate the applicant in accordance with WAC 504-50-050. Contractors should not consider themselves to be enrolled in the Small Works Roster until they have received notification of acceptance.
