Special Schedule Consideration: In Water work must be conducted between July 15 and August 15.

Project Description: Replacement of current Jordan Creek Bridge #214 with a new concrete single span bridge with precast concrete elements and provides for a defined duration full road closure only during the school summer closure, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2024 WSDOT Standard Specs.

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): material hauling & disposal, bridge deck texturizing, clearing & grubbing, pigmented sealer, bridge superstructure, concrete flatwork, fencing, guardrail, HMA paving, landscaping, large woody debris supply & installation, HMA planing, bridge railing, rebar supply & installation, sawcutting, drilled shafts, permanent signage, striping, survey, and erosion control. As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, pipe/utilities/precast structures, controlled density fill, and prestressed concrete girders.

JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
