King County Metro is creating an on-call roster to establish a list of multiple firms qualified to provide Evaluation, Research, & Data Services. To be included on this roster you must submit your qualifications to this upcoming solicitation, which is anticipated to be advertised on May 10th. This is the only opportunity to participate in this roster for the next 5 years or more.

Metro seeks consultants who understand and honor the value of community expertise and lived experience and are interested in working with us to develop and advance equitable evaluation approaches.  

This solicitation contains a 10% goal for certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS). SCS bonus evaluation points will be applied to SCS certified prime contractors or consulting teams with SCS partners. Note: Washington State Certified Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises are automatically eligible for Fast-Track SCS certification.
