 Kimbrough Hall Music Building Humidity & Controls Upgrade

Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope:

This project is to upgrade the humidity controls at the central air handlers, upgrade pneumatically controlled terminal units for priority areas and implement several revisions to sequences of operations for the air handlers in Kimbrough Hall on the Pullman Campus.  There is one alternate for this project.  Contract time shall be 90 days from the Notice to proceed to substantial completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time. There is one Alternate for this project.

Bid Estimate:  $270,000 to $500,000
