Kirkland Heights Redevelopment
The Kirkland Heights Redevelopment includes demolition and construction of a new community building and leasing office; rehabilitation of 24 existing residential buildings (172 units); construction of an additional third floor on 11 existing residential buildings (44 units); construction of two new 24-unit apartment buildings (48 units) and upgrades to the existing maintenance shed. Work includes, but is not limited to, building demolition, new construction, site work, water lines, sewer lines, storm water management, power infrastructure, concrete footings, slabs-on-grade, cast in place concrete, Type 5-A construction, MEP, replacement of all interior fixtures and finishes, asbestos abatement, fire sprinkler work, landscaping and other tasks as described in the bid documents.
